Submission guidelines

 

Abstract submission

To present an oral or a poster session, you should submit an abstract by April 30th 2021

(Extend to May 31st, 2021 !!) as follows.

- Abstract with 250 words, English only

- Pdf file with Times New Roman 12pt.

- File name: O_Full title_Strands for the Oral Presentation

(for example, O_The effects of inquiry-based instruction_Strand1)

- File name: P_Full title_Strands for the Poster Presentation

(for example, P_The effects of inquiry-based instruction_Strand1)

- The abstract file should be submited online with EasyChair system via: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=iset20210#

*All abstracts will be reviewed by members of the editorial committee of the conference. After review, the accepted abstracts will be anounced no later than June 15 th, 2021.

 

Proceedings submission

 

There are 2 options for proceedings submission;

1. ISET 2021 proceedings
Authors who wish to have full paper included in the conference proceeding, you should submit your proceedings by May 31st, 2021 (Extend to June 15th, 2021 !!) .

2. AIP ISET 2021 proceedings
Authors who wish to have full paper included in AIP ISET 2021 proceedings, you should submit your proceedings by July 16th, 2021.

Guideline for ISET 2021 proceedings and AIP ISET 2020 proceedings

- Pdf file with Times New Roman 12pt.

- Only authors of accepted abstracts can submit a proceedings.

- 6-12 pages including references, English only

- File name: F_Full title_Strands

(for example, F_The effects of inquiry-based instruction_Strand1)

- Full paper file should be submited online by updating file with the same submission number as your submited abstract via
EasyChair system : https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=iset20210#

Poster

- Submit your abstract file in .pdf format

- Submit your poster file in .pdf format to the conference (Choose betwee the POSTER or POWERPOIT Presentation)

- Submit your video presentation (10-20 minutes)
- Poster dimensions are 91 cm wide x 122 cm tall (Standard 36x48 inches)

- The title of your paper is outstandingly at the top of the poster to allow viewers to be able to read.
